Most people who need to replace many missing teeth are candidates for All-On-4 treatment, but the success rate will be higher if:

• Your jaw is large enough to support the implants
• You have good oral health
• You don’t smoke
• You don’t have a medical condition that affects bone healing

All-On-4 implants could be an option even if you’ve been told you’re not eligible for standard dental implants before. This is because our dentists place the implants in a way that requires less support from the jaw. Another option could be a bone grafting procedure to build up your jaw bone in preparation for implants.

During your consultation with our dentists, we’ll examine your mouth and jaw and ask about your medical history. This helps us to determine whether All-On-4 is a good option for you or if you could benefit from a different approach to restore your smile.

If you decide that All-On-4 is right for you. We take Xrays and other images of your mouth and jaw to plan the ideal placement of the implants. Placing implants is a minor surgical procedure that’s performed under local anaesthetic or other sedation as needed. If you need to have any remaining teeth extracted, this can usually be done at the same time.

All-On-4 implants are made of surgical grade titanium and are placed in the jaw at an angle, which allows them to support more teeth than conventional implants. This also avoids having to wait for the jaw bone to heal around the implant before your new teeth can be fitted.
